Award-winning producers Oro Bailen have brought us their gourmet sherry wine vinegar, Vinagre de Jerez Reserva DOP, a product that requires strict protocols to create, and one that can only be produced in Andalusia. The vinegar is aged for a minimum time of two years in 500L oak barrels, with the barrels tiered to follow the traditional Spanish solera system. It has a mahogany color, a rich aroma with notes of oak and aged wine, and in the mouth a soft yet persistent flavor.
